"I am interested in singing songs and like to listen to adventure stores. I read story books in my free time. I would like to be social worker and help the elderly people in the society. "

My story

My father has a small shop in village market and my mother works in a centre for children at the village. I have a younger brother who goes to school. I like to spend my time with my brother and mother when I am at home during my holidays. I stay at the hostel of the blind school and at present am studying at Senior Secondary school (XII), Hope to complete my Senior Secondary next year 2022 and go to college for higher education staying at the hostel.

Why Sudipta needs our help

Sudipta's parents were heart broken when they came to know that she is loosing her sight and were looking for help. The blind school came to comfort the family and brought her to the school at very young age. She has overcome all the obstacle with the support of the blind school to come so far. At NELC we are helping Sudipta through education to help her to find a suitable place in the society later on.

Sudipta is supported by impact partner NELC School for blind
