My story
Sakshi Singar has been a part of our family at Sideras Children’s Hostel, Orissa, for the past 8 years. Tragically, she lost both of her parents at a young age. Despite these hardships, Sakshi has shown remarkable resilience and determination. She is a bright, focused, and ambitious girl who dreams of becoming a Teacher—a goal she is deeply passionate about. At the hostel, Sakshi has found a safe and nurturing environment where she is not only pursuing her education with dedication but also growing spiritually, grounded in faith and values. Her hard work and perseverance inspire everyone around her, and we believe she has great potential to make a positive impact in the future.Why Sakshi needs our help

What does a day look like: The children start the day in the children's home with a short time of worship. Then they go to breakfast and go to school. After school there is time to play and then they get a hot meal. In the evening they all pray together, after which the children go to bed. Project Information: Sideras Children Home is located in the city of Indore in the state of Madhyua Pradesh. This house is part of Youth with a Mission Indore. Ramchand Saranu is the contact person for this project. Together with his wife and his staff, they take care of the children. The children from this children's home have fled from the state of Orissa. Christians have been persecuted here for years. Parents have been murdered or have lost everything such as work and home. Through the organization of Ramchand the children came to the Sideras Children Home in good consultation, where they receive aftercare, education, food and shelter. Ramchand Saranu has another children's home in addition to this children's home and takes care of widows and people suffering from leprosy. in addition, they train young people at a Bible school. YMAM Indore has been around since 1999. In the same year the first training school was created, They started with 18 students and this has now grown to hundreds of students who have often started their own ministry.
