My story

My name is Sávio Rafael Correia Telles Pereira, I am 11 years old and I am in the 5th year of Elementary School I. I participate in the NGO's activities in the afternoon and in the morning I go to school. Mathematics is my favorite subject, as I have a little difficulties, at the institution I receive reinforcement classes and assistance with the psychopedagogue, so that I can develop better. My younger brother also studies at the NGO. I live with my mother, my two brothers and my stepfather. My biological father passed away when I was still a baby, so I don't remember him. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, play basketball and play with my friends. I am very affectionate and cheerful.

The New Generation Brasil Foundation was born out of the desire to offer underprivileged children in Brazil a better future. We believe that every child deserves equal opportunities. We do not stop at 'survival', but want to help the children/young people develop towards an independent and sustainable future by giving them (practical) education, with which they can later provide for themselves. Our vision is that a child can only learn and develop if it feels safe. That is why it is our mission to make this happen. We want to start by creating an environment where children feel safe and secure. Where they can really be children and develop and grow from the natural childlike interest. With the ultimate goal of offering a new generation of Brazilians the opportunity: * to develop, * to be able to make their dreams, potential and ambition come true * to be able to support themselves and their future family well.
