"I love playing and reading story books. When I grow up, I dream of becoming a nurse. I want to help sick people get better."

- RHEMA

My story

Rhema is a precious young girl, blossoming amidst the challenging circumstances of her family in Northern Uganda. She is the youngest of five children and is currently pursuing her education in primary four. Despite the high poverty levels prevalent in her community, Rhema displays remarkable resilience. Her health is robust, with no medical concerns or chronic diseases to speak of. While both of Rhema's parents are present and actively involved in her life, they unfortunately struggle to finance her education due to the economic hardships they face. This has led to Rhema's inclusion in our sponsorship program, as we strive to ensure that she and children like her receive the opportunities they deserve.

Why RHEMA needs our help

Rhema has big dreams, but needs support to achieve them. At present, SEVAC Foundation Uganda is able to provide her with scholastic materials. However, to fully realize her potential, additional support and resources are necessary. Your sponsorship will help bridge this gap and provide Rhema with the essential tools she needs for her educational journey.

RHEMA is supported by impact partner SEVAC Foundation Uganda

To improve the lives of orphans, widows, the elderly, and disadvantaged youth and their communities through an innovative partnership and community resources that promote strong families and young advocates for change. Our vision is a world where orphans, widows, the elderly and disadvantaged young people are economically and socially empowered and champions of change in their lives and communities. We are a non-profit charitable organization that lays divine foundations among communities through our spheres of influence, including: 1. Educational support (school fees, school materials and uniforms) for disadvantaged children and students of all age groups; 2. Economic strengthening by supporting revenue-generating activities; 3. Provision of food and nutrition education and supplements; 4. Support for the sick, disabled and infirm, as well as capacity building and attention to issues related to the well-being of children and women.
