"I love skipping rope and playing netball, it makes me really happy. One day, I dream of becoming a nurse. I want to take a course that will help me become a midwife."

- Nancy

My story

Nancy is a vibrant and respectful young girl who is currently thriving in her fifth year of primary school. She demonstrates a commendable level of activity in class and consistently performs well academically. Fortunately, Nancy has a clean bill of health with no medical records indicating any sickness. She is enrolled in our program due to the widespread vulnerability experienced by many parents in Northern Uganda, including her own. Nancy's parents, both of whom are known to us, are peasant farmers who, like many in their community, lack the financial capacity to afford her tuition. Despite their humble occupation, they are committed to supporting their daughter's education and are incredibly grateful for the assistance provided through this sponsorship.

Why Nancy needs our help

Nancy is in a dire need of support to continue her education. While SEVAC Foundation Uganda is able to provide her with scholastic materials, she requires additional assistance to truly excel in her studies. Your support can make a significant difference in Nancy's educational journey.

Nancy is supported by impact partner SEVAC Foundation Uganda
