"I really love playing with my skipping rope! When I grow up, I want to be a nurse so I can help people who are sick."

- Monica

My story

Monica comes from a humble background, born into a family that struggles with financial instability. Despite these circumstances, she shines in her studies and is currently excelling in primary two. Monica's parents, who are known to us, earn a low income, which has necessitated her inclusion in our program. Their limited resources make it challenging to provide for Monica's needs, yet she remains a beacon of resilience and academic excellence.

Why Monica needs our help

This child is in a situation where her educational journey is hindered due to a lack of necessary scholastic materials. While her parents are able to cover her school fees, they are unable to provide her with the essential learning tools she needs to succeed. Our organization, SEVAC, strives to fill this gap by supplying these materials, but we need your support to continue this vital work. Your sponsorship can ensure she has the resources needed to thrive in her education.

Monica is supported by impact partner SEVAC Foundation Uganda

To improve the lives of orphans, widows, the elderly, and disadvantaged youth and their communities through an innovative partnership and community resources that promote strong families and young advocates for change. Our vision is a world where orphans, widows, the elderly and disadvantaged young people are economically and socially empowered and champions of change in their lives and communities. We are a non-profit charitable organization that lays divine foundations among communities through our spheres of influence, including: 1. Educational support (school fees, school materials and uniforms) for disadvantaged children and students of all age groups; 2. Economic strengthening by supporting revenue-generating activities; 3. Provision of food and nutrition education and supplements; 4. Support for the sick, disabled and infirm, as well as capacity building and attention to issues related to the well-being of children and women.
