- Jabez

My story

Jabez is a bright, vibrant young boy, blessed with a twin sibling, under the care of their mother. Their mother, unfortunately, is currently without employment and struggles to provide for their basic needs. Despite these challenges, Jabez is a resilient middle-class child who is quick to engage in conversation and is doing well overall. Medically, Jabez is in good health, free from any serious illnesses, which is a silver lining in his otherwise challenging life circumstances. His inclusion in our program is a direct result of the economic struggles that have plagued Northern Uganda. In response to these ongoing issues, our organization, the SEVAC Foundation Uganda, initiated a support program aimed at aiding children from disadvantaged families. Jabez and his family, known for their humble background, are among those we are striving to assist. We believe in Jabez's potential and are committed to helping him and his family overcome their current economic hardships.

Why Jabez needs our help

Jabez is a child living in a situation where hunger is a daily challenge for his family. He requires support to ensure his healthy growth, survival, and to help him pursue his dreams. SEVAC Foundation Uganda has been providing intermittent food supplies to his family, but consistent support is needed to bring about a lasting change.

Jabez is supported by impact partner SEVAC Foundation Uganda

We are a non-profit charitable organization that lays divine foundations among communities through our spheres of influence, including: 1. Educational support (school fees, school materials and uniforms) for disadvantaged children and students of all age groups; 2. Economic strengthening by supporting revenue-generating activities; 3. Provision of food and nutrition education and supplements; 4. Support for the sick, disabled and infirm, as well as capacity building and attention to issues related to the well-being of children and women.
