My story

Gabriel is a 4-year-old boy. He is the brother of Vitor, Ezequiel and Adrielle and the son of Leidiane and Adalton. His mother has known the work of the community center all her life. From the age of one she attended childcare, later she participated in youth activities and nowadays she participates with her children in the social program of the community center. In addition, she works part-time for the municipality, where she is responsible for the maintenance of the public space. Despite the challenges, the family continues to work hard for a better future. The community project provides a safe environment for Gabriel to play, learn and develop.

In the Community Center, a child is given the opportunity to grow, discover talents and look to the future with confidence. It finds a safe place where it is seen, encouraged and supported in its development. Through educational, social, and Christian activities, a child learns new skills, builds self-confidence, and discovers his or her own worth. Sports, music, creative workshops and lessons about health, norms and values help the child to develop in various areas. In addition, the Community Center focuses on strengthening families, promoting respectful relationships and protecting children from abuse and violence. In this way, it contributes to a safe environment in which a child can grow up and develop. With your support, you not only give a child access to activities and guidance, but also hope, opportunities and a solid foundation for the future.
