My story
My name is Felix 16 years old and in class 7. I am the first born in our family of two brothers. I come from a single parent family. After the death of our father who perished in a road accident, we were left with our mother who does minor casual jobs to get food for us. Because of the sudden death of my father my mother went into depression and it was difficult for her to do even simple jobs and we dropped school since she could not pay school fees.Why Felix needs our help
Felix needs our help because his mother is still on medication and cannot afford to provide for all her childrens needs. She is unskilled and cannot do heavy or tedious job due to her health. Her Husbands relatives disowned her after the death of their son/ siblings.The mother visited Blessed Generation and asked for help, and Felix together with his brother were enrolled in our primary school. He has improved and is so determined in class 7 to achieve his dream. Here in school we cater for all of his education need including full school uniforms books and stationery. During school days he is provided with breakfast and lunch. We also provide food after every two weeks to his family and medical when need arise.

Blessed Generation is a Kenya-based Non Governmental Organization (NGO) registered as a Charitable Children's Institution. From Kenya she gives children in need a chance for a good future. Education plays an important role in our help. It is the key to the future. Blessed Generation offers children primary and further education and, where possible, supports vocational or university education. We consciously choose not to stop supporting after primary school. Further education and thorough social emotional guidance by our qualified social workers significantly increases the possibilities of a vulnerable child and reduces risks such as crime, radicalisation and teenage pregnancies.Sponsor Felix
