"I'm Elizabeth and I love playing football. My mom, who is always there for me, makes me really happy. One day, I dream of becoming a lawyer. I really want to study law."

- Elizabeth

My story

Elizabeth is a bright student currently in her second year of secondary school. She is demonstrating promising progress in her studies, exhibiting her resilience and determination. In terms of her health, Elizabeth is medically fit and well. However, she finds herself in a challenging situation at home. She is being raised by her single mother who, despite her best efforts, struggles to provide for Elizabeth's needs. Both of Elizabeth's parents are present in her life but are divorced. This has led to Elizabeth's inclusion in our program, which aims to provide the necessary support to help her thrive.

Why Elizabeth needs our help

Elizabeth requires sponsorship as the support she currently receives from SEVAC Foundation Uganda is limited to educational materials and food. Despite these provisions, there are other critical areas of her life that need support to ensure her overall well-being and development. Your sponsorship will help fill these gaps and provide Elizabeth with the comprehensive care she urgently requires.

Elizabeth is supported by impact partner SEVAC Foundation Uganda

To improve the lives of orphans, widows, the elderly, and disadvantaged youth and their communities through an innovative partnership and community resources that promote strong families and young advocates for change. Our vision is a world where orphans, widows, the elderly and disadvantaged young people are economically and socially empowered and champions of change in their lives and communities. We are a non-profit charitable organization that lays divine foundations among communities through our spheres of influence, including: 1. Educational support (school fees, school materials and uniforms) for disadvantaged children and students of all age groups; 2. Economic strengthening by supporting revenue-generating activities; 3. Provision of food and nutrition education and supplements; 4. Support for the sick, disabled and infirm, as well as capacity building and attention to issues related to the well-being of children and women.
