My story
Hello! My name is Katongole Derrick and I was born on May 1, 2019. I have another brother and two sisters. Mom and dad are divorced. I really enjoy going to school, but I can only go to school if mom can afford it. I am especially good at biology and technology, in which I got the highest grades. When I get home, I always hope that mom has cooked fish. That's my favorite food!Why Derrick needs our help
Derrick grows up in poverty. His mother has no income and has to take care of 4 children. There is not always enough food, water, clothing, let alone electricity or school fees. Derrick's father occasionally sends money, but not enough to go to school.
