"I'm Daniel and I really love playing football and reading story books. I feel happiest when I'm hanging out with my friends. One day, I dream of becoming an engineer. I especially want to learn all about electrical engineering."

My story

Daniel, a bright young boy from northern Uganda, has successfully completed his primary education. However, due to the challenging financial circumstances faced by his single mother, he has been unable to continue his schooling this year. Despite these obstacles, Daniel harbors a resilient spirit and fervently wishes to return to school next year. From a medical standpoint, Daniel is in good health. His inclusion in our program is primarily due to the widespread poverty that affects many families in northern Uganda, including his own. Daniel's mother, a food vendor by profession, single-handedly provides for their family. Their story is a testament to the struggles many parents and children in their community face. Despite these hardships, Daniel's determination to pursue his education remains undeterred, which is both inspiring and deserving of our support.

Why Daniel needs our help

Daniel is a determined young boy with dreams that are currently beyond his reach due to financial constraints. His mother is unable to provide the necessary support he needs for his education. While the SEVAC Foundation in Uganda generously provides scholastic material, it's not sufficient to cover all of Daniel's educational needs. Your sponsorship can make a significant difference in helping Daniel achieve his dreams.

Daniel is supported by impact partner SEVAC Foundation Uganda

Provision of food and nutrition education and supplements; 4. Support for the sick, disabled and infirm, as well as capacity building and attention to issues related to the well-being of children and women.
