My story

Ana Vitória is a 2-year-old baby, Miguel's sister and daughter of Darlos and Carolina, her mother was a daycare child since she was 4 months old, went through the youth center, has worked in the mission for 10 years and is a member of the church. Ana Vitória since she was 5 months old has been having great difficulty gaining weight, being now 8kg, still does not speak and has a recurrent history of seizures, having been diagnosed with epilepsy until then. The case is still under investigation by doctors.

Why Ana Vitória needs our help

The institution provides a safe environment, develops pedagogical, playful and Christian ethical experiences, comprehensive reception and individualized attention. Ana Vitória's family still cannot afford a speech therapist or neuropsychologist, but the pedagogical team stimulates her within her needs, bringing significant results to her development.

Here, underprivileged children, who without this shelter would have to go begging or become street children, are taken care of 5 days a week and receive healthy food every day, are showered, their health and hygiene are taken care of, they are allowed to go to school, receive homework help and sports and games. In this way, the children are given plenty of opportunity to develop and in this way the mother can (also) work and earn income without having to worry about the children.
