The privacy of the children we support is important to us. Just like that your privacy is important to us. For this reason, we have drawn up a Privacy Statement in which we indicate what information we keep, how we use it and where we store it.
This privacy statement indicates how the Nofam Foundation ("Nofam") handles your personal data when you contact Nofam or a Nofam service (the app platform called "Service"). This statement therefore only applies to the Service. The Nofam shop and Nofam website both have their own statement in which the conditions for data collection and use are described.

For the Service, we only process the information that is important to be able to provide the service in a correct manner. For this, Nofam processes the personal data below.
- Mobile Device ID;
- OS type (Android, iOS);
- Information regarding the use of the Service.
- Unregistered users list+;
- First and last name;
- Telephone number;
- Email address.
As a donor ("Guardian"):
- Registered users list+;
- Address information;
- IBAN number.
Our Service does not intend to collect data from users under the age of 16. This unless they have permission having a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent information about children is collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we may use personal data without that permission, have collected data about a minor, please contact us at email@example.com, then we will delete this information.
Nofam uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- Be able to send notifications to the correct device;
- To be able to share information with the linked foundation(s) and supported child(ren);
- To be able to offer the possibility to manage your account;
- To be able to carry out a collection in order to be able to offer help to underprivileged children;
- Optimizing our Service, so that we can provide you and the children with the best possible service;
- Nofam also processes personal data if we are legally required to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
Nofam does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We handle a retention period of 7 years for the storage of personal data.
Nofam does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that use your data process on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Nofam remains responsible for these processing operations.
You have the right to view, correct or remove. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any permission for withdraw the data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Nofam and you have the right to data portability.
